We only process data you provide to us yourself, for example via the contact form, by email or by phone:

• name and company name
• email address and phone number
• the content of your message and any attachments you share with us later

We do not ask for special categories of personal data. Please do not share these via the form.

• Answering your question and contacting you, based on your consent.
• Preparing a quote or proposal and performing a contract, based on (the preparation of) a contract.
• Keeping our records, based on a legal obligation (such as the tax retention obligation).

We do not use your data for automated decision-making and do not sell it to third parties.

We keep data from contact requests no longer than necessary: at most two years after the last contact, unless a customer relationship arises. Data subject to the statutory tax retention obligation (such as invoices) is kept for seven years.

To process the contact form we use Formspree (Formspree, Inc., United States). Formspree receives the data you enter and forwards it to us. Transfers to countries outside the European Economic Area only take place with appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

This website also loads third-party content: fonts from Google Fonts, videos via YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode, youtube-nocookie.com), a social media widget from Elfsight and images from partner websites. When this content loads, the party concerned receives technical data such as your IP address.

We do not place any tracking or advertising cookies ourselves. The website only stores your language preference (NL/EN) and whether you have seen the welcome message in your browser’s local storage. This functional data does not leave your device.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss and unlawful use. The website and contact form use an encrypted connection (HTTPS).

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, and the right to object to or restrict processing. You can withdraw consent at any time. Send your request via the contact form; we respond within one month.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
