Z Rapid iSLM300D.
Dual-laser production in the 300 mm class.
LPBF machine in the ~300 mm class with dual fiber laser configuration and high-speed galvanometers for parallel scanning. Aimed at production of small to medium-sized parts and dense parallel batches in stainless steel, aluminium, titanium, nickel alloys or copper. Substantially higher throughput than single-laser systems, suitable for serial manufacturing.

Technical specifications
Specifications based on the Z Rapid iSLM series. Model-specific values (build volume, laser power, dimensions) are provided on request based on the current factory datasheet. For a quote with BENELUX conditions, installation, training, maintenance and sample print, we recommend a personal conversation.
Where this configuration pays off
Three typical scenarios where this Z Rapid configuration is the right choice for your production.
Production of functional parts
Brackets, housings, structural components and near-net-shape parts. One machine replaces multiple production steps: printing, post-processing, finishing. No casting tooling or forging required.
Dense parallel batches
Nesting of dozens or hundreds of smaller parts on a single build plate. Dual-laser scanning delivers throughput that single-laser machines in the same class cannot match.
Materials validation at production scale
For customers validating new alloys or parameter sets under representative production conditions, not on a research machine.

What 3DPS does for iSLM300D customers
DfAM & sample print
We assess your parts for LPBF suitability and propose DfAM adjustments. For representative geometry we can arrange a sample print so you have density, dimension, and surface in hand before commitment.
Configuration advice
Which laser configuration, which materials starter-set, which peripherals (chiller, sieving, oven, shielding gas)? We work through the business scenario on your parts mix and planned volume.
Installation & training
On-site installation, operator training on your own parts, first parameter tuning. You start with machine time on your production parts, not on a demo cube.
Support & supply
Wear parts, consumables, and metal powder from BENELUX stock. Remote support within business hours; on-site at escalation. Maintenance intervals integrated into your production schedule.
Does iSLM300D fit your parts?
Send us your part drawing or CAD file. We assess geometry, material, and volume against LPBF and against wire-laser DED, and advise independently which route is technically and economically most attractive — not a sales pitch, an honest comparison.
